Identify structural issues and address real limitations in attaining organizational goals
Determine innovative pathways to change based on collaborative action plans that include and are respectful of a diversity of viewpoints
Evaluate projects for their value, integrity, internal consistency, sustainability and potential for success
Help to develop systems of oversight, accountability and maintenance
